The monthly figure inaccurate as it is doesn't tell the story. The good paying jobs continue to be lost and the replacements are part time low pay no benefits.
Coupled with more contracting out and foreign guest worker expansion I don't see what future there is here for the middle classes and the next generation inside or outside of Quebec. EB What do you do for a living that an import wouldn't do for less.
