Did Joyce Bateman not realize that in leaving an untruthful message on an answering machine, she was being recorded? Joyce Bateman, Conservative MP for Winnipeg South Centre, graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Honors Business Administration.
How can they vote on funding bills when not only do they not have an understanding of the financial and economic aspects, but can't even keep track of the basic numbers?
This echoes most of the Conservative back benchers refusing to take Elizabeth May's mini-exam on the 2012 omnibus Budget bill. They would have failed miserably.
