Thanks Normand ..... for those who wonder why Canada is paying to replace the Champlain bridge ..... it is because the Champlain and Jacques Cartier Bridges belong to the Canadian government and NOT the Province of Quebec as the liars at Sun Media (Fox North) try to tell Canadians.
