Royal Victoria Hospital - Design consideratios and opinions

I got this piece from the Montreal W5 blog.

"As the Royal Vic prepares to stop being a hospital forever, McGill launches a site to showwhat it could do with the emptied buildings. The presentation is relatively free of specific plans and the piano music is a cliché for this kind of thing, but it’s gotta be better than condos. Apparently this plan would cost a cool billion".
